Once your order is confirmed, we’ll ship it within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For local Singapore orders, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days via standard courier. -
💖 You’ll receive a notification once your parcel is on its way!

Prefer to pick up your order in person? We’ve got you covered!
You can choose self-pickup at the following times and locations:

📍 Weekdays, 6:30 PM – Pasir Ris Whitesands / Pasir Ris Mall

📍 Weekdays, 6:40 PM – Tampines MRT Station

📍 Weekend – Pick up service unavailable.
After placing your order, we’ll reach out ONLY via WhatsApp to arrange the pickup day.
Please be on time or else we will only wait for 10mins, as slots are limited 💫
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Every handmade item is crafted with care, and we hope you’ll love what you receive!
However, if there’s a problem, we’re here to help:

Returns & Exchanges are accepted ONLY for damaged or wrong items received.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, with photos of the issue.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
